Software Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering high‑quality web and mobile applications. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross‑functional software development team.
• Define software architecture, coding standards, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, maintainability, and performance criteria.
• Review technical designs, source code, and system architecture for quality and consistency.
• Monitor software quality, reduce technical debt, and resolve delivery issues.
• Guarantee projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within software development.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications.
• Experience managing cross‑functional development teams.
