Full-Stack Developer

About the role

OPS Solutions Co., Ltd is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join its IT & Development team. You will work across backend services, web front‑ends, mobile apps and databases, solving technical challenges in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Build and optimise web applications using React, TypeScript, Vite and Next.js.
• Create backend applications with PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express or Python.
• Maintain and add features to React Native mobile applications.
• Design, optimise and query MySQL databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Improve system performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Business and DevOps teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and root‑cause analysis skills.
