Senior IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to manage our IT infrastructure and provide high‑level technical support across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining network and system reliability, and ensuring robust security and data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, MikroTik routers, switches, and VLANs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Administer Google Workspace and provide user support.
• Maintain backup, recovery, cybersecurity, and data‑protection systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff.
• Lead or supervise IT‑related tasks and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows systems, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with MikroTik, firewalls, switches, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in a school or business IT environment is an advantage.
