Social Media Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram)

About the role

BuddyRosy is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels. The role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate who loves trends, video creation, and wants hands‑on experience with a consumer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script and produce TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Shoot short phone videos of products, office moments, retail visits, events and campaigns.
• Edit videos using CapCut and publish posts on both platforms.
• Brainstorm weekly content ideas and maintain a content calendar.
• Participate in retail visits, pop‑ups and brand activations as needed.
• Engage with followers by replying to comments and tracking performance metrics such as views, likes, saves and shares.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate.
• Passion for TikTok, Instagram, lifestyle, beauty or feminine‑care topics.
• Willingness to learn CapCut and basic Canva.
• Comfortable shooting videos with a phone and appearing on‑camera.
• Creative, responsible and open to trying new ideas.
• Ability to write simple captions in Khmer and English.

Required skills

• Canva (basic design).
