Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand awareness within the real‑estate sector. The role demands strong leadership, creativity and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer‑centric marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create marketing plans, budgets and brand‑visibility initiatives using various tools.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, designers and media to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.
• Lead, build and supervise a high‑performing marketing, media and events team, ensuring timely delivery of materials within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and MIS to develop communication budgets, track performance and maintain the marketing calendar.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in real‑estate marketing or a similar sector.
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate market trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marketing plan development and brand management.
• Understanding of product segmentation, positioning and best practices in real‑estate marketing.
• Analytical and logical thinking for data‑driven decision making.
