Site Project Manager

About the role

The Site Project Manager will be based on‑site in Phnom Penh, overseeing the planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers and resource plans.
• Coordinate the delivery and expediting of materials, equipment and subcontractor services.
• Manage site logistics, inventory and transportation to keep the supply chain flowing.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with inspection, quality‑control and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve operational issues and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience, including planning, scheduling and risk management.
• Background in expediting and logistics within construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, quality assurance and safety standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Southeast‑Asian construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
