MEP Supervisor

About the role

KEH Construction is looking for an MEP Supervisor to support MEP design, BOQ preparation, bidding activities and site supervision. The role ensures that MEP works are properly designed, coordinated, installed and delivered according to project requirements, quality standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP designs, drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Prepare MEP BOQ, quantity take-offs and material requirements for bidding and construction.
• Support tender and bidding by reviewing MEP requirements, quantities and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, interior and other project teams.
• Supervise MEP installation works and monitor site progress, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, design clashes and site coordination problems.
• Review material submissions, technical documents and work progress.
• Support MEP testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.
• Prepare and update BOQ, variation quantities, progress reports and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant MEP engineering experience, preferably in construction, residential or commercial projects.
• Practical experience in MEP design, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and bidding support.
• Experience in MEP site supervision and coordination with subcontractors.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong ability to read and review MEP drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; relevant MEP software is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
