About the role
AION Cambodia is expanding its electric vehicle showroom and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the company’s mission of sustainable mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer leads, schedule test drives, handle bookings, and oversee vehicle deliveries.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversion rates and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor team KPIs, sales performance, and daily showroom operations.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the automotive brand.
