About the role
The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives and condominium sales targets. This role leads the sales and marketing teams, drives revenue growth, and ensures effective project launches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and promotional strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing teams to achieve strong performance.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, digital activities, advertising, branding, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, agents, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and ROI, and present regular reports to senior management.
