Sales Consultant – Showroom & Interior Solutions

About the role

Sambath Home is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to be the primary point of contact for visitors to its showroom and online inquiries. You will guide clients through custom cabinetry, material options, and interior design solutions from the first consultation to final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors, introduce product ranges, and assess design needs and project timelines.
• Manage the sales pipeline: follow up leads, conduct initial consultations, present quotes, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with interior design and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client specifications, material selections, and site requirements.
• Provide ongoing client support, maintain relationships with developers and contractors, and deliver post‑installation follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or building‑materials sectors.
• Professional fluency in Khmer and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented attitude and genuine passion for home décor and interior design.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
