About the role

Join the founding team of Preah Chan Toch, a contemporary fine‑dining restaurant inside Siem Reap’s SM Art Center. As a Service & Bar Team Member you will welcome guests, support bar operations and help create a seamless, story‑driven dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests according to the highest service standards.
• Prepare and serve wine, non‑alcoholic drinks and coffee at the bar.
• Set up the dining area before service and clear it afterwards.
• Learn and convey the story behind each dish, wine and ingredient.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure a smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Genuine love for people and a caring attitude toward every guest.
• Eager to learn about wine, service, food and the cultural narrative of the menu.
• Fluent confidence in both Khmer and English.
• Team‑first mindset, reliable, punctual and proud of your work.
• Desire to grow personally and professionally, seeing the role as a career start.
