Senior VDO Banking Officer

About the role

The Senior VDO Banking Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding digital banking services through video banking channels and promoting digital products to customers. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational transactions via video banking, including account opening, closing, amendments, transfers, and other services through VTM and mobile banking.
• Provide advice and support to customers through online channels such as Telegram, Facebook, email, iChat, and others.
• Maintain customer relationships across Bakong, mobile banking, and internet banking platforms.
• Optimize customer experience by implementing new digital tools and services.
• Conduct online KYC and AML checks.
• Guide branches and customers on digital products and services.
• Provide system administration support bank‑wide and ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Produce and maintain online documentation for self‑service portals.
• Assist customers with inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Carry out any ad‑hoc assignments from the VDO Banking Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Khmer and Chinese are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, retail, or call‑center environments.
• Strong commitment, good communication skills, and a respectful work attitude.
• Good understanding of digital services and platforms.
• Computer literate with advanced Excel formula skills.
