Manager, Partnership & Payroll

About the role

The Manager, Partnership & Payroll will drive business relationships and expand the bank's payroll portfolio. This role combines partnership development, client relationship management, and cross‑selling of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with businesses, associations, and large groups to build partnerships and support the sales team.
• Participate in public events to generate leads and promote bank products.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing payroll clients and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective service.
• Target new payroll clients, grow the portfolio, and monitor performance against targets.
• Prepare regular reports on new accounts, deposit growth, customer satisfaction, and cross‑sell success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, finance, banking or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in partnership development, payroll services, or related banking functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional writing ability for social media and business communications.
• Fluency in Khmer, English and basic Chinese.
• Computer literacy with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
