Senior Planning Officer

About the role

The Senior Planning Officer will lead the development of the bank’s three‑year strategic plan, coordinate the Annual Report, and support the bank’s digital transformation and operational optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate ideas and lead the formulation of the bank’s rolling three‑year strategic plan.
• Coordinate the comprehensive preparation of the bank’s Annual Report in strict compliance with National Bank of Cambodia regulations.
• Collect and analyse macro‑economic data, industry trends and competitive threats to inform business strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation results of strategic plans against set targets.
• Research and evaluate digital banking technologies to align with the bank’s digital objectives.
• Propose innovative strategies to optimise operations and branch network for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
• Perform other duties and strategic tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business strategy development, product/service development, or a related role in banking or financial services.
• Proficient English language skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and accountability.
• Team‑oriented, cooperative and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and commitment to organisational goals.
