Senior Sales Executive – Eyewear Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of our eyewear and vision‑care portfolio across key accounts. You will build and nurture relationships with opticians, eye hospitals and retail partners, delivering best‑in‑class service while promoting our iconic brands such as Ray‑Ban, Oakley and Essilor lenses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage key account customers including eyecare stores, eye hospitals and supermarkets to present promotions, take orders and resolve issues.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through regular prospecting and territory planning.
• Execute brand strategies, ensure pre‑ and post‑sale standards, and support the EssilorLuxottica loyalty program.
• Collaborate with fellow sales representatives, conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare daily and weekly visit plans, deliver product demos and samples as needed.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in distribution, consumer goods or fast‑moving products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
