Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor fluent in Mandarin to drive new enterprise business and manage strategic accounts, focusing on Mandarin‑speaking corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business across the enterprise segment, building and managing a strong pipeline to meet revenue and MRR targets.
• Present Ezecom's enterprise solutions to C‑level stakeholders in Mandarin and English, including demos and proposals.
• Partner with pre‑sales, technical and finance teams to create tailored solutions and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations, contract management, pricing, SLAs and service terms within approved authority.
• Manage strategic accounts through business reviews, renewals, upgrades, cross‑sell and support issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM discipline, track market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, International Trade or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, telecom, ICT or technology.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills with strong relationship‑building abilities at senior executive level.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
