Senior Relationship Officer - Deposit

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships, both individual and corporate, to achieve deposit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new potential customers and expand existing individual and corporate accounts.
• Promote and cross‑sell bank products, including mobile banking, QR, POS, and debit/credit cards.
• Visit customers on‑site, coordinate with internal teams, and respond to customer requests.
• Identify potential customers, understand their businesses, and recommend appropriate products to grow the deposit base.
• Maintain relationships by providing a friendly banking experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process new account openings, maintenance, and updates while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Prepare daily sales plans and pipelines for manager review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and customer‑service skills.
• Result‑oriented personality with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literacy, English proficiency, and ability to produce and present reports.
