Senior Accountant – Core Business Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. A successful senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting to produce accurate and timely financial reports, daily tasks and monthly/yearly tax declarations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a fixed asset schedule and monthly reconciliation.
• Review expense, billing, collection, accounts payable, and receivable reports and take necessary action as needed.
• Prepare for the monthly financial close process, including recording expenses, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly tax declarations.
• Prepare year‑end financial statements and internal/external audit reports.
• Implement sound internal controls.

Required profile

• Cambodian citizen.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting and finance within a professional or fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and handle shifting priorities.
• Ability to take initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving judgment.
• Quickly assimilate new information.
