Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring for internal positions and client organisations, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Pou Sen Chey and works closely with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements, create job postings and maintain talent pipelines.
• Source candidates, screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide hiring recommendations and support onboarding plans.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to recruitment strategy and market mapping.
• Continuously improve hiring processes in line with HR and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in professional services or consulting.
• Strong interviewing, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in training and onboarding new hires.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Pou Sen Chey.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using recruitment platforms.
• Competence with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
