Senior Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Officer will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for ChokChey Finance’s head office and its branch network. You will ensure timely, cost‑effective and high‑quality recruitment, supporting both corporate functions and high‑volume field hiring for frontline positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding and post‑hire follow‑up.
• Utilise job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs and networking to attract candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hires.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies and sourcing initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Lead field recruitment campaigns for roles such as Credit Officers and Collection Officers, coordinating with branch managers on volume and timing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.
• Maintain candidate records, generate recruitment reports and analyse data to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Support employer branding, digital recruitment campaigns and career‑fair participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in mass or field recruitment, preferably within banking or micro‑finance institutions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
