Executive – Sales Agent Recruitment

About the role

The Executive, Sales Agent Recruitment is responsible for building and managing a network of freelance sales agents who sell Mobile, FTTH, and Fixed Wireless Broadband services. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure freelancers become productive quickly and stay engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit qualified freelance sales agents to meet monthly targets, supporting events, roadshows and job fairs.
• Facilitate registration, document collection and system activation, ensuring new freelancers complete onboarding training and start selling within the activation period.
• Provide regular field coaching, product knowledge support and sales technique guidance, and coordinate training sessions.
• Monitor sales productivity, identify low‑performing freelancers and implement re‑activation plans.
• Maintain strong relationships through visits, calls and digital channels to improve engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Regional Sales and other support teams to resolve onboarding, commission and system issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and productivity reports and keep freelancer records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience in recruitment, sales or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, training and finance teams.
