Senior Process Revamp and Automation Officer

About the role

The role focuses on automating and improving manual banking processes across the institution. It involves reviewing current workflows, designing streamlined solutions, and overseeing implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Review bank processes, map "As‑is" workflows and measure processing time, resources and touchpoints.
• Analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma, RPA or other automation tools.
• Define "To‑be" processes, quantify benefits such as TAT, FTE and touchpoint reductions, and prepare implementation proposals.
• Collaborate with risk, business and technical stakeholders to assess risks, design mitigation controls and roll out changes.
• Monitor revamped processes, provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor and guide stakeholders on new processes and automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management, Banking Process, Information Systems or related field.
• 1‑3 years experience in business/banking process analysis, business analysis or full‑stack development.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• RPA and workflow automation tools.
• Prototyping and design tools such as Vjsio, Adobe XD, Figma.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Computer literacy in Khmer and English typing.
