About the role
SME Careers, a fast‑growing AI Data Services company, is looking for a remote Kotlin Engineer to review AI‑generated responses and create high‑quality Kotlin‑focused content. You will evaluate reasoning quality, fact‑check technical information, and craft expert explanations to improve AI model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI training content by writing detailed prompts and Kotlin‑focused responses across diverse topics.
- Evaluate, rank, and compare AI responses to enhance accuracy, clarity, and contextual relevance.
- Test AI models for biases or inaccuracies and ensure reliable performance across use cases.
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands‑on Kotlin development experience, including Android or backend services.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin null safety, coroutines, and functional idioms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent English writing skills (minimum C1 proficiency).
