Senior Officer, Sales

About the role

The Senior Officer, Sales (Trade Development_FTTH) is responsible for acquiring new Home WiFi, AO WiFi and AO WiFi 5G customers through direct field sales activities. The role focuses on lead generation, conversion, and ensuring smooth installation while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition via door‑to‑door sales, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Explore new market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis and expand coverage.
• Follow up leads, provide product consultation and support customer retention.
• Accurately register customers, coordinate installations with technical teams and submit timely sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, ISP or FMCG.
• Strong field sales and closing ability with good communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Home WiFi, Fiber internet and FWBB products.
• Awareness of telecom services and competitor offerings.
