Executive Sales Agent Recruitment

About the role

The Executive, Sales Agent Recruitment leads the recruitment, onboarding, development and support of freelance sales agents who sell Mobile, FTTH and FWBB services. The role aims to grow a high‑performing freelancer network that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard qualified freelance sales agents to meet monthly recruitment targets, supporting events, roadshows and community activities.
• Provide field coaching, product knowledge and sales technique guidance, and coordinate training sessions with the Training team.
• Monitor freelancer productivity, track activation and retention metrics, and implement re‑activation plans for low‑performing agents.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular visits, calls and digital communication, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Regional Sales and other support functions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and performance reports and keep freelancer records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, channel development, recruitment or field operations, preferably in telecommunications or direct sales.
• Proven ability to work independently, travel frequently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
