Senior Land Administrator (Legal)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Land Administrator to join our dynamic team in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the end‑to‑end management of land data, ownership transfers, and related legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly entry‑exit documents and generate corresponding reports.
• Draft and dispatch administrative letters, handover receipts, and meeting minutes to relevant institutions.
• Coordinate the land transfer process, including fingerprinting, liaison with officials, and tracking payment phases.
• Prepare purchase request forms, reports, and documentation for land or mining acquisitions.
• Scan, organize, and maintain both hard‑copy and soft‑copy files, ensuring proper naming conventions and easy retrieval.
• Research and stay updated on land‑related laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Securely deliver packages, documents, and messages to intended recipients in a timely manner.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land administration or a closely related area.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of land administration principles and practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of land administration processes and legal documentation.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of physical and digital records.
• Effective communication with government officials and internal stakeholders.
