Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will lead client services and business development for an advertising agency in Phnom Penh. You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that marketing objectives are met through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue and performance of assigned accounts, driving growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
• Develop and contribute to integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies, including brand, digital, social, activation, events, advertising, and influencer engagements.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns, coordinating creative, digital, media, production, and operations teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and meet agency profitability targets.
• Monitor timelines, costs, risks, and provide regular status reports to clients and management.
• Support forecasting, revenue targeting, and identification of new business opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, account management, advertising or integrated marketing communications.
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
