Senior Executive – Business Relationship (Auto Loan)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead business relationships for auto and housing loan products. The role combines sales, loan processing and internal control responsibilities to help the bank meet its lending targets while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Market and process auto and housing loan applications to achieve financial targets.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and manage customer acceptance.
• Ensure loan repayments and interest servicing are performed promptly.
• Monitor credit facility utilization against sanctioned limits and compliance conditions.
• Support internal credit controls and ensure all applications follow bank guidelines.
• Renew accommodation applications (AAs) within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in credit processing or loan administration.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of commitment.
