Senior Deposit & Digital Acquisition Management Officer

About the role

The Senior Deposit & Digital Acquisition Management Officer will lead the growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio while expanding digital onboarding across branches and online channels. This role combines analytical oversight of deposit performance with hands‑on coordination of acquisition and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth of deposit balances across CASA, term deposits and contractual savings.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Analyse customer segments, product performance and market movements to support targeted growth strategies.
• Coordinate with branch teams and other stakeholders to execute acquisition, retention and abnormal balance mitigation plans.
• Oversee digital onboarding, mobile‑banking adoption and online account‑opening conversion.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, Marketing and Product teams to optimise onboarding funnels and launch digital campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback, identify gaps and work with relevant teams to improve the digital journey.
• Ensure all acquisition activities comply with regulatory, policy and risk standards.
• Support the development of sales kits, training materials and FAQs for frontline staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in non‑credit banking operations, preferably in a bank or MDI institution.
• Experience in quality control or compliance is a strong advantage.
• Advanced problem‑solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel for branch visits and stakeholder engagement.
