Senior Business Relationship Executive

About the role

The Senior Business Relationship Executive is responsible for driving the marketing and processing of consumer loans while supporting internal credit controls. The role contributes directly to the branch’s financial targets and ensures a smooth loan workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Market and process consumer loans to meet branch loan and advance targets.
• Assist internal controls to ensure credit practices comply with bank policies.
• Ensure timely loan repayment, interest servicing, and issuance of Letters of Offer.
• Process loan applications in line with bank guidelines and monitor credit utilization within sanctioned limits.
• Renew accommodation applications (AAs) promptly and maintain compliance with approval conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High commitment and at least 3 years of experience in credit processing.
