Senior Accountant – FMCG (Local Candidates Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and Cambodian regulations.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations and account analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure tax, audit and regulatory compliance, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to aid business decisions.
• Travel occasionally to warehouses or stock locations for verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Cambodian accounting standards (Prakas).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate in a team.
