About the role

Join JD Logistics as a Sales Support professional, helping the sales team deliver seamless operations across contract management, billing, and customer account maintenance. You will work in a fast‑paced logistics environment, using data analysis to identify risks and improve sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with contract signing, billing binding, and customer account upkeep, ensuring standardized processes and data accuracy.
• Integrate sales data, build business dashboards, and conduct multi‑dimensional analysis to spot risks and recommend optimisations.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, develop tiered management strategies, drive renewals, recover lost accounts, and enhance customer experience.
• Streamline sales support processes, create SOPs, and deliver system‑operation training to reduce abnormal issues.
• Monitor sales risks such as scalping and low‑price competition, and help optimise risk‑control systems.
