Sales Supervisor – $800-$1000/month

About the role

Luminar Care (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a newly established beauty and personal care company seeking a results‑driven Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team in the Cambodian market. The role combines hands‑on selling with team management to achieve high sales volume.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships across retail, modern trade, traditional trade, beauty shops, pharmacies, distributors and wholesalers.
• Lead, supervise, motivate and coach the sales representative team, setting targets, territories and activities.
• Monitor team performance, conduct market research, competitor analysis and report results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Strong customer network in retail, beauty shops, pharmacies or distribution channels is an advantage.
• Fluent in Khmer and professional proficiency in English.
