Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead daily sales operations at our Phnom Penh office, guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and maintain high service standards. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on performance monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coach, train, and develop sales team members, handling escalated customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline sales workflows.
• Contribute to planning sales initiatives and implementing strategic sales actions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Proven experience in team management and training within sales or retail environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for managing relationships and escalations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage shifting priorities, and stay highly organized.
• Relevant education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive leadership, and a respectful workplace.

Required skills
