Sales Supervisor – FMCG

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will support the Regional Sales Manager in leading and motivating a sales team to grow product availability and brand awareness across modern trade and baby outlet channels. This position focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring product freshness, proper pricing, visibility, and effective in‑store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators such as distribution, freshness, price, visibility, and display.
• Monitor and report short‑expiry products at least three months in advance and coordinate liquidation actions.
• Conduct in‑store negotiations and ensure commercial conditions are correctly applied.
• Plan, monitor, and control retail price performance and promotional activities.
• Train, assess, and manage the sales force to maintain high performance standards.
• Forecast sales volume, promotions, distribution, shelf space, and credit to meet market objectives.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably with a major in business studies.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, adaptability, and passion for results.
• Honest, organized, with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
