Showroom Sales Executive

About the role

The Showroom Sales Executive will manage daily showroom activities, welcome customers and provide professional product consultation. This role supports the Sales Department by handling the sales pipeline, digital customer engagement and building relationships with interior designers and other industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable plywood, MDF, decorative panels and other materials based on design, application and budget.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, follow up enquiries and close showroom sales.
• Manage leads and customer communications through digital channels such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, including leads, opportunities, quotations and sales status.
• Develop and sustain relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, furniture makers and related professionals, providing product and material consultation.
• Identify potential project opportunities from showroom customers, digital channels and professional networks and coordinate follow‑up with the Sales Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, interior design, furniture, construction or building materials.
• Good knowledge of interior and construction materials, especially plywood, MDF and decorative panels.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities with interior designers, architects and contractors.
• Proficiency in digital communication and sales pipeline management, with good Khmer and English language skills.
