Sales Representative – Food & Service (General Trade)

About the role

The Sales Representative – Food & Service (General Trade) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Boeng Tumpun, Phnom Penh. You will visit general trade customers, food service outlets and retail stores to promote and sell premium food and beverage products, ensuring visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service general trade and food service customers on a daily sales route.
• Present product features, promotions and take orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
• Monitor stock levels at customer locations and execute merchandising standards.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Support promotional activities and in‑store events.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to negotiate and present products clearly.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and willingness to learn product details.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to plan routes and manage multiple accounts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Basic numerical and reporting skills for tracking sales and stock levels.
• Previous experience in FMCG, general trade or food service sales is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields are beneficial.
• Comfortable working in Boeng Tumpun and nearby areas.
