Sales Officer – Home WiFi & 5G Customer Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive acquisition of Home WiFi, AO WiFi and AO WiFi 5G customers. The role involves field‑based prospecting, product consultation and close coordination with technical teams to ensure seamless service activation.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new Home WiFi, AO WiFi, and AO WiFi 5G customers through direct sales, roadshows, events and field activities while meeting sales targets.
• Explore new residential and business areas, conduct market and competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to expand coverage.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, provide product consultation and build strong relationships.
• Ensure accurate customer registration and documentation; coordinate with technical and installation teams for timely activation.
• Maintain accurate sales records, submit performance reports, provide market feedback and adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong field sales and closing ability.
• Good communication and persuasion skills; able to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient with good time‑management discipline.
• Basic understanding of Home WiFi, fiber internet and FWBB products.
• Familiarity with the full sales process from lead generation to closing and basic reporting/documentation.
