Sales Officer – Construction Materials

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive the growth of our construction material portfolio across Phnom Penh and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely delivery of steel, ceramic and cement products to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets in the assigned region.
• Identify new project opportunities and acquire new customers through site visits and requirement assessments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and contract closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams via the S&OP process to guarantee on‑time, full‑quantity deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects, and provide regular sales reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or building‑materials sector.
• Strong lead‑generation and channel‑sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, achieve targets and travel within Phnom Penh and nearby areas.
• Knowledge of construction materials (steel, ceramic, cement) and local market dynamics is a plus.
