On‑Premise Sales Supervisor – On‑Trade

About the role

Alchemy Asia is seeking an On‑Premise Sales Supervisor to lead the on‑trade segment in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for expanding the distribution network, driving sales volume, and ensuring brand visibility across bars, restaurants and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new on‑trade accounts, growing the distribution footprint in line with company strategy.
• Achieve direct sales revenue and distribution targets for assigned brands.
• Negotiate and manage on‑trade contracts, including pricing, promotions and investment commitments.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for each outlet, including event activation and monthly briefings.
• Monitor market trends, maintain relationships with key customers, and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of experience leading a sales team in the spirits or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and brand objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, visit outlets at night and travel as needed.
• Positive attitude, quick problem‑solving and a passion for learning.
