About the role
The Sales Manager at ACM HR is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You will lead client account growth, drive new business development, and promote ACM HR’s recruitment and human capital solutions to corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven sales, account management, and business development experience with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to build long‑term client relationships, negotiate, and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word‑processing software.
