About the role
The Outdoor Sales Representative will promote Joy Premium Drinking Water’s bottled water across Phnom Penh, visiting retailers, offices and residential areas to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, present product benefits and secure sales.
- Visit retailers, offices and residential zones regularly to build long‑term relationships.
- Manage orders, coordinate timely deliveries with the operations team and keep accurate sales records.
- Meet sales targets, report market trends and competitor activity, and support promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage diverse clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG or beverage distribution.
- Ability to work outdoors, travel within Phnom Penh and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Reliability, integrity and a customer‑focused mindset with basic record‑keeping skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
