Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment (Battambang & Siem Reap)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, target‑driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our heavy‑equipment business across the Battambang and Siem Reap regions. You will shape regional sales strategy, nurture key client relationships, and expand our footprint in construction, agriculture and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for heavy machinery in the assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agricultural operators, business owners and local project decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor local infrastructure developments and analyse competitor activity.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tailor equipment solutions to client needs and negotiate high‑value contracts.
• Manage regional leads, maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely post‑sales follow‑up and payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven sales‑management experience in heavy machinery, commercial vehicles, construction equipment or industrial supplies.
• Deep knowledge of the Battambang and Siem Reap markets, including key commercial players and networks.
• Native or fluent Khmer with professional working proficiency in English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
