Sales Manager – B2B & Project Sales

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and grow Living Atelier’s B2B and project‑sales business in Cambodia. This hands‑on player‑coach role combines personal client development with coaching a small sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B and project‑sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, hospitality operators and other decision‑makers.
• Review client enquiries, BOQs, drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate within approved terms, follow up consistently and manage opportunities through to closure.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying repeat, cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier orders, confirming specifications, quantities, pricing, availability and lead times.
• Liaise with suppliers, brand partners and internal teams on quotations, orders, deliveries and project requirements.
• Communicate delays, changes or risks promptly to clients and management.
• Guide and coach assigned sales personnel, ensuring disciplined prospecting, follow‑up and quotation accuracy.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline and business‑development updates.
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or project sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading or coaching sales staff.
• Professional spoken and written proficiency in English and Khmer.
• High standards of integrity, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
