Sales Executive (Khmer-speaking) – Cambodia

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who is fluent in Khmer to join our team in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on expanding market share for cement products across Cambodia while delivering exceptional service to existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high service standards and identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets by assessing dealer and customer needs, conducting product demos and presentations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, competitor analyses, and support marketing activities and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure collaborations meet company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of sales or related experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build client relationships.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry and market trends is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh.
