Sales Consultant – Property Sales

About the role

Chip Mong Land is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to work on‑site at its flagship residential project, The Park Land Sen Sok, located in Mean Chey, Phnom Penh. The role involves engaging prospective and existing buyers, presenting property features, and guiding them through the purchasing process, including payment and mortgage options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site tours and showcase villas, twin houses, link houses and shop houses to potential customers.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone and online, providing accurate information on unit availability, promotions and financing options.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, follow up on leads, and support contract completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance and customer service to ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representing the company professionally and striving to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and customer service abilities, with a focus on understanding client needs.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentation, negotiation and relationship building.
• Previous experience in real estate, property development or related sales roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local property market trends and basic mortgage or financing concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, including weekends or holidays when required, and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Khmer; English or additional language skills are beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
