Sales Consultant Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant Executive to promote and sell our real‑estate projects. You will engage with potential buyers, guide them through site visits, and support them until the handover of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Present company real‑estate projects to customers and explain project details, facilities, location advantages, and payment plans.
• Identify and generate leads through walk‑ins, online inquiries, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain a customer database, follow up via phone, Telegram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
• Create and post simple sales content (captions, photos, videos) on Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and keep accurate customer records.
• Participate in internal training, meetings, and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate; fresh graduates with strong sales passion are welcome.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules.
