Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coach a team of sales consultants to meet monthly sales targets, enhance customer engagement and drive property sales. This position focuses on sales execution, lead follow‑up, customer consultation, negotiation and team performance monitoring within a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and coach sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly sales action plans, including follow‑up and site‑visit activities.
• Monitor and manage leads, inquiries, appointments, site visits, bookings and deal‑closing progress.
• Assign leads to consultants and ensure timely, professional follow‑up.
• Support the team in customer consultation, negotiation, objection handling and closing sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of house types, pricing, payment plans, promotions and project status.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments on campaigns, events and lead generation.
• Track market conditions, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in real‑estate, property development, housing or condominium sales is highly desirable.
• Results‑oriented, target‑driven and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and relationship‑management capabilities.
