About the role
We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid Rust Engineer to help improve AI models by reviewing and generating Rust code and explanations. You will evaluate the correctness, safety, and reasoning quality of AI‑generated solutions and provide detailed feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI‑generated Rust code, identify ownership, borrowing, lifetime, and algorithmic errors, and suggest improvements.
- Write high‑quality, idiomatic Rust explanations and model solutions that demonstrate best practices.
- Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
- Help create prompts and evaluate AI outputs to enhance model accuracy and reduce bias.
Required profile
- 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
- Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and ability to reason about data races.
- Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
- Excellent English writing skills (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented work style.
