Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will lead end‑to‑end hiring activities for DQD Group in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for a fast‑growing consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions, post vacancies and source candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on market trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and support onboarding for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and refine recruitment policies.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Required profile

• Strong ability to source candidates, screen resumes and coordinate interviews for multiple vacancies.
• Experience in stakeholder management with hiring managers, external agencies and business leaders.
• Knowledge of fair hiring practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and basic labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior recruitment or HR experience in consulting, professional services or a fast‑paced growth environment.
